Boston Consulting Group engaged Turton Bond in 2022 to partner with them in developing and implementing a new method of project delivery. Under this engagement, Turton Bond manages all projects exclusively from the Cost Management perspective as well as a number of project specific Project Management engagements. As well as providing project level support locally, Turton Bond have been instrumental in the establishment of the PMO and roll out of portfolio level processes in order to assist BCG in a more consistent project delivery model.
