Turton Bond are providing full Project & Cost Management services to our global luxury fashion brand client for their flagship store program across numerous locations. These projects consist of full fit out, remodel and partial extensions of existing buildings designated to be the new flagship and face for the brand in the US. The objective of the project is to create a unique and immersive shopping experience for the client’s customers, while also providing a functional and efficient back-of-house space for employees. Turton Bond have been instrumental in helping this retail client collaborate with international vendors and providers for the spaces and develop state of the art retail space.
