Thompson and Tommie: Ground up construction of two hotels in the heart of Hollywood, CA for a total of 220 rooms and $300M development budget. Turton Bond provided cost management services during the construction of the Thompson Hotel, Tommie Hotel, Citizen News Restaurant & Event Space (respective development cost of $150M, $147M, $53M). During this time, our team developed and maintained the budgets for the three projects as well as managing all contracts, change orders, invoices, creating the draw requests and ensuring payments were made with accounting and on the buyout by requesting and leveling bids from Subcontractor.
