I have been fortunate enough to gain experience across multiple sectors and countries throughout my career which has led to a more adaptable and agile approach to cost and commercial management. My involvement at both the project and portfolio level, as well as a short time on the general contracting side, has given me a strong understanding of best practices project delivery, which I look to draw from at every opportunity.
